Quick pizza with cherries, tomatoes and pecorino. A crispy treat with the blazing taste of summer.
I At the moment I can only pass the cherries in the supermarket very, very hard. When they are so ripe, plump, dark red and seductively shiny in their boxes, I would like to reach in with both hands. And dig. And every single one scramble. Cherry flatterer. Or rather fruit petting? No matter. Of course, I do not do that because of the ban on shopkeeping and with regard to the other customers. Instead, I fill the small chic things in paper bags and carry them home. There we forgave ourselves together in the kitchen and do piggy things. Such as a crispy-melting summer pizza with cherries, tomatoes and pecorino. That's how it looks.
The great thing is that the cherry and tomato pizza is finished. Of course, if you're a passionate baker, you're welcome to do the pizza dough yourself. Otherwise, you can sometimes consume a good conscience to a good finished product from the refrigerator (but before of course take a look at the ingredients in the fine print - too long should not be the list).
Instead of tomato sauce comes a spicy Cream cheese mixture on the pizza and then topped with ripe cherries and tomatoes. A little salty pecorino (hard cheese from sheep's milk) completes the sweet-savory combination whole wonderfully. When the crispy pizza comes out of the oven hot and steaming, add a sip of olive oil, fresh black pepper and basil to the finishing touch. The result: sweet, salty, and incredibly good!
The result of feeding the family: The man was absolutely thrilled, the child was pretty shocked at first, but then friendly.
And what do you say - shocked or trusting? Can the plump summer cherries hop on your pizza?
Have it tasty ღ
PS: If you like cherry tomatoes Pizza out of season , you can also use frozen cherries. These do not need to be thawed before baking.
PPS: If anyone knows where to get a lipstick in this amazingly deep cherry dark red - pertinent advice is definitely mine. Thank you.
