INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAPRESE SALAD

FOR THE GREEN KIWI VINAIGRETTE
- 1 piece of Green kiwifruit from Zespri - peeled
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP white balsamic
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TSP honey
- Salt and pepper - to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE CAPRESE SALAD
- First You cut the washed tomatoes with the peeled Green Kiwi into equal-thickness slices.
- Then, on a number plate the tomato slices , sprinkle 2 TABLESPOONS of olive oil in, sprinkle with a little sea salt and coarse black pepper and season with the Green Kiwi slices.
- Then are plucking the Mozzarella with the fingers apart and give it together with the Basil leaves over it.
FOR THE GREEN KIWI VINAIGRETTE
